The focus of Ms. Klein's practice is the representation of clients in commercial litigation and corporate bankruptcy cases.  Ms. Klein represents various creditor constituencies, official committees, debtors, trustees and other interested parties in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Klein's clients include vendors, landlords, financial institutions, borrowers, aviation companies, condominium and home owners' associations, international freight forwarders, engineering and consulting firms, governmental entities and foreign (non-US) corporate defendants.  She regularly handles preference/avoidance actions, administrative expense claims, issues relating to lease rejection or the rejection of executory contracts.  Ms. Klein also handles civil litigation in Delaware and Pennsylvania state courts.

Prior to joining The Rosner Law Group, Ms. Klein worked in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group at a large firm in Philadelphia, PA.  Ms. Klein also has experience handling insurance defense, mass tort and class actions.

Ms. Klein previously served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kevin Gross, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware.
