Scott J. Leonhardt focuses his practice on representing chapter 11 and 7 debtors, official committees, secured creditors and other parties in interest in chapter 11 cases. Scott also represents plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits concerning preferential and fraudulent transfers.

In addition to corporate transactional work, Scott has substantial experience rendering third party closing opinions; e.g. due formation, UCC perfection, authority to file, bankruptcy remote, enforceability, authorization, etc.

Scott also has experience representing clients in commercial litigation matters before various Delaware state courts and in the District Court for the District of Delaware.

Prior to joining The Rosner Law Group, LLC, Scott was an associate in the Business Department at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.

Scott also serves as a volunteer attorney guardian ad litem for the Office of the Child Advocate and regularly volunteers for Delaware Hospice, Inc.
